Exploring dream state, thoughts and the emotional fluctuations we experience in life using movement, sound and visuals. To practice being present is acceptance of what is. A wondering mind that lives in the past or future only disturbs what is happening now. - which in my experience and exploration of this subject also makes our response to humans and situations over complicated. Presence is the only reality we have, and time doesn’t really exist.
